Rooftop terrace, modern room aesthetics, proximity to major attractions
The air conditioning struggled to keep up, especially on warmer days!!! Inconsistencies with bathroom cleanliness and maintenance should be addressed, as it detracts from overall relaxation. More attention to noise control from the bar area would enhance comfort!!!

We spent one night here and loved the really good breakfast spread with fresh coffee and hot dishes. The spa's steam room and sun terrace were the cherry on top for relaxation after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the room could've used a bit more space, but it really didn't ruin our fun 😊

We loved the location! It was perfect for exploring iconic spots like the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the bacon, which my family thought was the best they'd ever had.
My children wanted a mini fridge for snacks.

The hotel location is fantastic, with easy access to major attractions. The staff is friendly, offering helpful service when needed. The complimentary smartphone for navigation is a great touch. The air conditioning is severely lacking. I struggled to sleep in the hot room, even though fans were provided. Small room sizes were a disappointment too, especially with three of us. The breakfast options were decent but limited, and the bar area felt a bit crowded at times. Parking was an issue as well. We found it difficult to navigate. Although it has potential, some important aspects need serious attention.

More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

not worth the hype
I was kinda bummed about our stay. The annexe was sketchy, and I always felt uneasy with the door just wide open. One staff member was rude, chatting about guests in Italian right in front of them. The breakfast was fine, but the rooms were way darker and not as nice as the pics. Definitely not a 4-star vibe.
